EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY


At PERDÓN, our priority is customer satisfaction. We understand that occasionally situations may arise where a customer needs to return a product. Therefore, we have established a clear and fair returns policy to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience.

Our return policy applies within 30 days from the time of purchase of the product. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. In no case will returns be accepted that do not come from sales processed directly from perdon.shop

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The following groups of products are exempt from return due to health and hygiene reasons or other reasons:

Underwear, both underwear and socks
Gift cards
Do not return your purchase to a sender indicated in the package. To process your return you can go to the link located at the end of this page in the “Make a return” section.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we received the item you returned. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Next, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially reflected.

Next, contact your bank. Processing time is often required before a refund can be reflected.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only full priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Under no circumstances will the cost of shipping the item from the warehouse to the customer's home be refunded.

Changes (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or if they require a size change and are not in poor condition or use. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at perdon@perdon.shop

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and we shipped it directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive your returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver decided to have the order shipped and then give it to you, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping costs to return your item are your responsibility. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item over €75.00, it is recommended to use a tracked shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your item back.
