Can I use more than one discount code on my order?

If you're lucky enough to have a discount code, use it! Add it when paying for your order.

However, you cannot use more than one discount code on your purchase, and discount codes cannot be applied to sale items.

What size should I choose?

We know that buying clothes online can raise doubts about the size to choose. For this same reason, we have attached a guide to appropriate sizes for each product.

To help you get yours right, we tell you that our sizes correspond to the standard in Spain.

How can I modify my order?

If the order has not yet been processed in our logistics center, it is allowed to make changes to your order (size, address, color...) write to us through our email perdon@perdon.shop ❤️

Can I cancel my order?

It is not possible to request a cancellation. By completing your purchase, you are accepting our terms of use.

We are sorry for the inconvenience, but you will have to wait to receive it and process it.

Where is my order?

If your order has been shipped within or outside of Spain/Europe, you can track your order here.

FOLLOW ORDER

The tracking number has been automatically sent to the email used when making the purchase.

Why haven't I received a confirmation email for my order?

Check your spam or junk mail folder, your confirmation email may be there.

If you can't find it, you can write to us at perdon@perdon.shop and we will locate it. If necessary, we would change the purchase email and resend it.

If you want to ensure you receive future emails from us, add us to your desired email list and make sure the email you used for the purchase is correct.
